I don't know how to start moving with the Turtle. I can hold my body up in the turtle position for pretty long, but when i try to move, i fall. I think it has to do with my balance, but I don't kno how to adjust my balance or hand when moving my other hand... (does this even make sense?)
any advice on how i could practice this? |

| Are you trying to do turtles (jumping up and down with both hands at the same time), crickets (shifting from one hand to the other hand and back), or something else? They're kinda different in terms of what you want to work on. Personally, I'm working on jackhammers (one-handed turtles), so that's what I'd be able to help you with. Let me know! |
