For me this changes from time to time. I'm really liking anything with a scuff dig in it. I'm also enjoying three-sound shuffles (also known as hoofer's shuffle or toe riffle).

for me also it changes by time as, in case of jazz I like chaines and pirouettes to do and I like Hooper shuffle really when Tap concerns.
It is really good for making your posture good.

| Probably paradiddles. There are so many variants (my favourite being a combination with five-count paradiddles), and it's fun practicing them faster and faster. |

You are absolutely right as paradiddles are the best moves or steps to go for, I must appreciate this and also it just makes you flow with the dance.
