| So tell me how do you juggle your life. Dance is the one thing that makes me very happy but sometimes I feel like the rest of my life is put on the back burner and then I begin to feel like a horrible wife and mother....... |

| WEll I'm young and not married. You can always have time for family and do something you love. Though in most cases family comes first. It's different for most people. |

I know family comes first but sometimes I get so burned out trying to do it all :hmm: ....I recently sold my dance studio to have more time with my family but I find myself taking on new projects such as judging dance competitions and starting a Competitive dance team at the new school I teach at..... :dunno: lol I just can't seem to get away from dancing I love it so much. Its the way I express my life as well as my escape from reality when life is hard...dance takes me to a world where there is no stress or conflict......
But sometimes I do need a reminder that I have a family that needs me too! |

| [color=green:ed664f41a0]I don't think i'm the proper person to give you any advice, because i'm 20 and my life consists of daily university classes, lots of dance trainings and lessons, going out with my boyfriend, time spent with my family and my dog ...and lots of fun so i have enough time for everything but i could give you an example. My ballet teacher is a wife and a mother, gives ballet lessons for all levels and she's a dancer at our Opera Theatre (which means daily practice for hours). You can juggle family life and dance life easily and without regrets or compromises if you love them both..Passion is the main ingredient...U could also attract your kids to practice the same dance you do so you could spend more time with the ones you love...Good luck!! :th;) [/color:ed664f41a0] |
