| I can point all toes with the exception of my big toes. When I do tendus, I have noticed that I seem to stop when the pad of my big toe hits the floor. I have tried pulling up and that helps a little, but I think the problem is the toe is not pointing. Are there any exercises that can help with this? Thanks!! |

hey, welcome!
and you can try to get a theraband from your local ballet store, or discountdance.com and with that, you can stretch your feet, and work on strengthening your feet and toes, and most importantly your metatarsal! I hope you can get your big toe to pointe. make sure that while you are working on pointing your big toe, your other toes are straight, and you are not gripping with them...this will make a difference!
Good luck! |

| I agree about the therabands, massaging the joints of you toes also helps. |
