I Have Been Doing Competitive Dancing for 4/5 Years now and i do Disco And Freestyle And I Was Wondering If Anyone Does ADFP Comps??

| I have no idea what ADFP means but i know that disco freestyle requires acrobatic tricks and steps/moves from aerobics.. Good luck in performing it because it's a very hard dance.. |
