My beautiful ballet diary

Sunday ..so sunny outside...i woke up at 7:30 am :shifty: ..at 9:00 i was in the dance room (thrilled like always) waiting for the ballet lesson to begin.. Wow..everything was perfect, the exercises at the barre, in the center, the jumps, the turns, the lifts..We learned a new lift although my feet hurt and i feel my entire body heavy and weakened... Ballet is amazing and i discover it every day, with each stretch that makes my body ache all over..Can't wait for the next ballet class..:angel:

My Ballet Classe s are comming along ok . I look forward to going to class on Monday and Wed night s. My favorite part of class is at the Barre doing the exercises then next is work in the center of the floor. The part i really dont care for yet anyway :roll: is when she ( teacher ) has us do a routine across the floor in pair s of two. I know i dont always get it right plus i always feel like i am holding everyone up . The ladies in my class always give me great support and are very understanding an that help s alot.I sure one night it will all kick in and i will :shock: shock my self and :shock: the other girls ( Dancers ) and get all the routines right the first time out in Pairs acrosss the floor. :banana: :roll:
BTW Sunshine this Post you started i think was a very good idea. :)

Yeah ...I thought it would be a good idea too but it's a bit guiet around ...so it's just another topic...Nothing special i guess ... :dunno:

The other night in class we all were :D given a hand out for the Summer class schedule. This is where we all met for the first time last year in :) Adult Basic 1 class. So the other night in class when we got these handout s everyone was asking the same :shock: question are you going?? Well of course we all said Yes. :lol: :lol:
So our Summer Classes are only once a week and run for 11 weeks June 2 thru Aug15. Our Adult Ballet Basic 1 class will be on Tuesday night s from 8pm to 9 pm :)

Horrible rainy day...I can't feel my legs ..I had 3 hours of ballet and 3 hours of hip-hop.. I guess i'll blame it on the weather coz i felt really strange and not in the mood for practice . Ballet was hard today, harder than any other day...Finally we managed to do almost everything right but i felt like our teacher was rather disappointed ..I hate this ...:( Hmm hope next week things will be different and sunny outside :pray:

Stop complaining baby because I had 3 hours more practice than you!:)) Now that's what I call a workout! Come on it wasn't that bad!:) It was a classic Sunday for us!:P

We do have a competition on Sunday..Lifts sucked but my pirouettes were like..Let's say I'm too cool for school! 8) :lol:

He hasn't dropped me even once ....there are times when i loose my balance and i tend to fall but that's because of me, not his fault. Nothing to complain about..

weee somebody has just come alive :))) yeah we are having lots of fun ..the performance will be at the end of April ...We had a street dance competition last week and we missed a ballet practice ..We kind of feel guilty :wishes:
