| I am looking for a healthy diet that will keep me fit and I was wondering what kind of a diet you follow. I was doing a no carb diet about a month ago, but that did not work well. I don't really need to loose weight. So yea, any thoughts?? |

| Hey xoxodancer15 ... You don't have to keep a strict diet to be a healthy dancer you just have to eat lots of vegetables and fibres. In the morning i eat a bowl of sugarfree cereals, in the after-noon some grilled or boiled chicken meat with a huge bowl of salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper etc ), in the evening the less the better :)) ...Don't forget to drink lots of water...And if you get hungry between "feasts" :)) you can eat cereal bars ..It doesn't sound well i know, but you can cheat once in a while if you don't major problems with your weight.. ;)) |

| It's a good diet that Sunshine is keeping to, because it keeps her healthy, but it's not necessarily supposed to make her lose weight. So if you want to keep a healthy weight, what she does is good. And also, try to keep away from sweet cereals. They are bad for you, and they don't keep you full. I can't eat sweet cereals, because they make me sick...so I eat cheerios, or mini wheats, (unsweetened mini wheats), grapenuts, that kind of thing. LOL |

I forgot about fruits ( i kiwi per day provides the required amount of vitaC )..
I have been reading lately that fruits should be consumed in the morning and i'm trying to follow this rule. I eat 1 banana, 1 apple and 3 kiwis a day. Grapes are also very nourishing but not recommended in diets( also bananas). |
