They've been advertising like mad for the Toronto/Hamilton dates of the show. If I had the money, I'd be going...be sure to let us know how it is!
What date is the performance? |

I have the most AMAZING friends! I just learned as a gift they upgraded our tickets for the show...
We'll be sitting in one of the first two rows, right in the center and we get to go backstage before the show and MEET Michael Flatley! I am so excited and can't wait until the show. I'll be sure to provide a full recount of the event upon my return and get some pictures up to my site right away.

The show was absolutely AMAZING! 100% fantastic. I think I may even like it better than Feet of Flames, which is my all-time favorite Irish dance show.
First, meeting Michael was such an experience. He is so down to earth and friendly. Just a genuine guy!
Then, the show started. I was shaking from head to toe and completely stopped breathing for the first number. We were in the very first row and could see all of the dancers' facial expressions and everything. We could even tell the one girl had a belly button ring. Insane!
The highlight of the entire evening, though, was when Michael was making eye contact with the front row. He did this several times, but in the second act, he totally looked down at me. I had a huge smile on my face and Michael grinned even bigger after he looked at me. The girl sitting next to me, who I don't know at all, totally noticed it too. I still get goose bumps just thinking about it!
Even more good news... Looks like the DVD of the show (from Madison Square Garden) will be released on December 13. I can't wait! |
