| try this stretch: lie on your stomch, propping your upper body up by resting on your elbows. place your legs in a retire postition ( one leg straight, other bent so toe touches knee)try and press the hip of whatever leg is bent to the ground. hold then repeat on the other side. doing a develope into first, then opening to second, keeping your hips en face, also helps, as does working hard at (umm, having a mental blank here, the exercise where your draw a kind of semi circle with your foot, on the ground). rond de jambe, that's it! :D |
