Well, I'm a Swing dancer visiting from this forums partner dance sister site.
I recently came across this, which I think is a fabulous introduction to ballet

It's done by a couple of retired ballet dancers who are now doing WCS.
It raises a couple of questions, one is why aren't there more retired ballet dancers in the Swing community (I would have thought it was a natural progression after retiring from ballet) and we certainly want you :-)
And why doesn't ballet popularise itself in this way at other dance events? |
