| Hello!!! I am somewhat new to dance as a parent. My dd is 10 and started ballet at the age of 8. She also does gymnastics. She will also be dancing in the local production of the Nutcracker for the first time in December. She is very excited!! This looks like a great place to learn about dance and to share stories and get some great advice as well. I am glad I found this site!! |

Yes, I must say the same, as it is doesn't matter that you are parent or old, it is something like dance is a art it makes your body and posture so relaxed and also keeps your mind out of all sort of negative aura around you.
Dance makes your mind very creative and active. |
