Hey! I'm new here. I have an old pair of Lane Alexander Concerto Tap shoes that I absolutely love, but the screw holes are totally shot! Is there any way to fix this?

I've even tried the toothpick trick, but there's nothing for the screws to grip onto anymore. I would get new ones, but they're discontinued.
