At the end of January Michael Flatley released a book titled, "Lord of the Dance: My Story." It's a compilation of his life - how he go started in dancing, the success of Riverdance and his fall out with the show, the running of Lord of the Dance and then Fleet of Flames, the creation process and the inside scoop on this man of Irish dance.
I picked up my copy last week but haven't had an opportunity to get started on the reading. There are some beautiful photographs on the inside, some from photo shoots and shows, but others from his personal at-home photo collection.
I'll be sure to let you know how the book is once I've gotten started. |
