I am 13and i have been dancing for 11.5 years. I dance about 20 hours a week. I am a flexible person but i want to be more flexible and stonger in my body. What are some things i can do ..... i need some advice please!!! :? :lol: :lol: :lol: :? :?

It will be better if you do some yoga and even try some exercises that will make your body more flexible and will make your posture perfect and strong.
