I've been watching so many bboy videos lately thanks to my friend at school and it got me interested in learning im 17 turnin 18 soon and I don't know jackshit about it at all! Is there anything I can do to help me increase like arm strength or whatever exercise I can do?

Hey there, welcome to Dance Forums!

If you're wondering if it's too late, it's not even close. Maybe if you were um, 60 I'd caution against trying some thing, but I only started when I was 16. To strengthen your arms, I'd suggest trying some push-ups or bench pressing, if you have the time. If you just try handstands and turtle freezes, your strength will increase anyways. Any other questions, just let me know!

Welcome Crosse! :D

And Mr BBoy riPHt... It's not too late even at 60... A Swedish lady that is called Monica Masuda (with the nick name Krazee Grandma) is 66 years old  ;) and she started break dancing seven years ago... 8) :D

I stand humbly and fully corrected! It's only too late if you're several feet under!

It's never too late, but as mentioned before, you might want to quit when you're ... like 60 or something. The golden years are when you're 16 and 17. My breakdancing teacher is around 28, and he's considered an old man; but my dad's friend is 40 and he's the best B-boy I know. So the rule of thumb is (pretty much); go for it if you physically can.
