To me it seems like spam... :roll: But if it contrary to expectation is a real question...
I suggest that you start lifting weights and do cardio instead. :) The bigger muscles you get the more energy they burn and the easier you loose your overweight when doing cardio.

I have a wide waist problem too, although I'm more of a singer than a dancer, but I'm just starting out. I don't think those waist cincher stuff is that great, the ones that work well, you'd feel it impairs your movement and the ones that don't, well it just makes me have an extra layer of thing going on in my middle section.
I'd suggest the disc thing that most Korean marts have that you'd put on the floor and you just stand on it and swing from side to side.
I think I'm seeing some improvements after a week or so.
Target fat areas are hell. |
