confused about some tap! HELP!!!

First, i am having a lot of issues with buffalos (flap shuffle jump to the foot that shuffled). I can't do them and they are in my dance and they are FAST!!!!

And a turn.

Flap heel toe heel step draw heel while turning.

I can't do either of these and its FRUSTRATING!!!!
